The Gateway Gulf Network Operations Center (GG-NOC) is fully staffed, around the clock, with highly-skilled networking and communications engineers, who monitor the facility and the network infrastructure in their care with constant vigilance. NOC staff oversee and manually check the automated systems which monitor environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, smoke and particulates; the source, availability, and quality of electrical power; the network and communications infrastructure feeding the facility; and all of the support systems like diesel delivery, freight receiving and handling, physical security, and contact verification, which make the facility run smoothly, around the clock, every day of the year.
The GG-NOC staff are available by telephone, email, fax, INOC hotline, or instant messanger, twenty-four hours a day, to assist you with your use of the Gateway Gulf facility.
In the event that your equipment needs to be installed or tended, Gateway Gulf can provide remote "smart hands." Highly-qualified engineers, with Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE, and Microsoft MCSE certifications, are ready to perform physical installation, debugging, or configuration of your routing and switching gear in the Gateway Gulf facility, while you monitor their work by videoconference or telephone.
